Twenty years ago, on the 29th June 2006, Nick and I set out to host a few hundred customers. Today, that number has grown into the thousands, and every one of them is the reason we do what we do.

Before anything else, thank you. Whether you have been with Brixly for many years or joined us more recently, thank you for your business, your trust and for being part of the journey.

Starting with just Nick and myself in 2006, Enix has grown into a team of more than 30 exceptional people. Across support, engineering and administration, they work tirelessly to keep the services our customers rely on running every day. We are immensely proud of the team we have built and the business we have grown into.

Brixly became part of the Enix family in 2024, with Dennis joining Enix as part of that transition to help lead customer experience. The early stages of this transition were not without challenges, but every decision was made with the best long-term intentions for the platform and its customers. Since then, our focus has been on restoring Brixly to its original strength and reputation, while ensuring it remains a viable and sustainable business for the long term. This has included significant investment in people, infrastructure and services, alongside careful decisions designed to keep the platform stable and operating effectively. Brixly today is stronger than ever, supported by a more capable foundation and a clearer path forward.

We have never stopped investing. Over the past two years, our support team has grown significantly, with the number of support staff doubling and major improvements made throughout the support journey.

In 2025, we completed a full refresh of our hardware estate, introducing the latest generation of CPU, memory and NVMe storage. Moving Brixly onto infrastructure owned and operated by Enix was an important part of this investment.

These changes have strengthened the foundation of the platform, enabling us to continue improving performance, reliability and the overall customer experience.

This new foundation is part of Envision: our vision for the future of hosting and the wider services around it. Envision brings together the platforms and services we are building in-house to improve and complement the hosting products our customers already know and rely on.

Beginning with Enmail and Envelope, our email services, Envision will soon expand with Enbase and Enserve. Each part has been designed to work alongside our hosting services, giving customers more capable, connected and easier-to-manage tools.

Another important addition is Entrap, our forthcoming high-performance anti-spam service. Entrap is being developed to replace MailScanner with a modern, powerful filtering platform, providing protection comparable to SpamExperts while delivering an even more capable and tightly integrated experience.

We are also continuing to improve the Brixly customer experience, including a new client area with a modern interface and simpler day-to-day service management.

For resellers, one of the most significant new developments is Enscale, which is launching in the next couple of weeks. Enscale makes it straightforward to offer and manage a wider range of services through your own business, while providing the flexibility and power needed to scale.

With Enscale, resellers can offer Enix services directly to their own customers, including cloud servers alongside hosting and related services. It is simple to set up, but provides a powerful foundation for building a more complete hosting business under your own brand.

There is more to come later this year. The work underway includes further new in-house services, platform improvements and features that we look forward to sharing with you.
